INDIVIDUALLY TAILORED SAFARIS FOR YOU AND YOUR MATES - We can satisfy your requirements of single species hunts, combination of species, hunting and fishing. A group of 3 hunters is the ideal size and is cheaper for each client, 2 hunters is also a good price, plus I can pick up 2 clients from airports in my Defender tray. Due to lower opperating costs, we can offer better prices on the deer/pig/fishing combination safaris from the unit at Ayr on the COAST , than the more expensive Boar hunts out WEST.   Hunts of up to 3 or 4 and 5 days/nights duration for 1 to 3 hunters, we usually arrive the afternoon before the hunt and leave on the afternoon of the last day.  Father & son hunt specials, (11  to 17 years of age) Father and son hunts can provide special opportunities for father and sons to get to know each other and do some bonding while creating memories that will always stay with them. Fathers need to take their sons hunting in their early teens before they develop into young adults with other interests and social activities. With so many single parent families these days a lot of boys grow up without a father/mentor role model with disasterous results. HUNTING IS AVAILABLE ALL YEAR HUNTING NORTH QUEENSLAND -  CHITAL DEER - WILDBOARS - BARRAMUNDI FISHING We have 2 hunting options :-  COASTAL  or  WESTERN locations The cooler dryer months of May through to September are very comfortable usually 20 - 25 degrees C daytime with 8 degrees average at night on the coast due to the sea breeze moderating temperatures, (the water temperature is 18 degrees in the winter and 24 degrees in the summer) whilst out west winter nights are frosty. October,November, December, is hot and dry, January, February are too hot and wet for pig hunting out west, but good for Chital deer/pig hunting/fishing with the sea breeze on the coast. During North Queensland Wet Season January/February temperatures reach up into 40's with regular thunderstorms and high humidity, flooded creeks and boggy roads plus pigs scattered far and wide prevent hunting out WEST but does not affect our COASTAL hunting, also this is an exciting time to fish for Barramundi near the mouths of flooded rivers and creeks. HUNTING We arrange hunting rights to properties with game and make every effort to ensure your hunting safari is a successful and rewarding experience both for the keen trophy hunter and novice. There are no trophy fees or bag limits on pigs or dingos but a $500 trophy fee applies to each deer shot/wounded. The combination safaris - deer, pigs, dingo's and fishing are based on the coast near Ayr 100 km south of Townsville whilst the specialised Boar hunting is carried out 250 km out west amongst the rivers,creeks and swamps. Training in all aspects of hunting and bushcraft is available, we have the experience, firearms and equipment to supply you with a range of hunting options.  We use and can provide the following rifle calibres .243, 7mm 08 , 308 , 303 and 270 with targets to check and adjust rifles/scopes.
